2018 BEATRICE B collection
|The pure colour and its declensions are the protagonists of the new Fall/Winter 2018 BEATRICE B collection dedicated to a woman of many facets that declines its own personality surprisingly.
Lapis blue I Chocolate I Camel
The over-checked “pied de poule” reinterpreted thanks to the lapis blue colour, which gives a new “taste” to the sartorial garments like for example the waist-dress and the coupled maxi trench. The “masculine print” of the tweed next to dresses with chocolate tone floral prints and the fluid shapes give elegance and a real and spontaneous verve. These two different world melted thanks to the camel tone declined in outerwear and accessories in Teddy-bear fur. The lapis blue colour jumpers with high neck and maxi cardigan in kid mohair with lurex details enhance the colours mix matching classical and avant-garde.
Royal Purple I Gold fusion
The colours Royal purple, chocolate and gold fusion evoke a remaster of “old” tones that melted together make the present. The tartan maxi coat gives to the corner a light “grunge contamination” that becomes sophisticated thanks to the yellow top with black lace, the violet velvet suit and the macro floral prints interpreted in the sinuous boot cut trousers, the deconstructed jackets and shirts with black details
Stamina Orange I Raspberry
Thanks to the combination of stamina orange and raspberry, the flowing, patterned dresses with painted flowers and the turtleneck with sophisticated, geometric inlays in Merinos wool create a particular atmosphere, which is both vintage and contemporary. The garments detailed with feathers and the flowing dresses in colour-degraded velvet highlight the vintage atmosphere that is contaminated by contemporary elements such as the jacket-pants suit, the orange waistcoat and the viscose pinstripe knits.
Red Riot I Very Berry
The focus is the expression of the mix between red and fuchsia, which breaks the rules by creating a funny avant-garde combination. The Menphis style geometric prints lend the dressing gowns and the flowing blouses personality. They introduce to the knitwear world that is realised in Merinos wool with macro colour-block and precious embroideries on cachemire blend. The fuchsia velvet on curled dresses downplays the very berry suit with hand-made embroideries.
Billiard Green I Red Riot I Teal
The effortless style with fluid shapes blends with sophisticated fabrics and details, creating a mood with a unique charm. The vertical striped wool plaid melted with silk garments in which the smocked stitch creates curls that enhance the sleeves volumes. The dots in turquoise and green color add to the corner an ironic note also thanks to slipped blouses, dresses and longuette skirts. The printed floral velvet, the fabric that refers to the richness and elegance of our heritage, is updated and mixed with deconstructed and soft shapes. The flower print declined on silk twill to give life to maxi functional but classy shirts. Metallic or color-block pleated skirts, slip-dresses and velvet teal longuette dresses create an elegant contrast in which lace and velvet blend with modern fabrics and functional garments.
Indigo Ink I Dusty cloud I Poseidon blue
The essential and well-finished elegance of the indigo ink tonalities creates a spirit linked to the geometrical design. The spontaneity of the fluid silk and deconstructed items mixed with clean and linear printings melted together in a versatile corner where the core is elegance with no excess. This mood offers a remaster of the knitwear: merinos’ wool with inserts from the fabrics of the collection, oversize cloaks of mixed alpaca and kid mohair items with lurex details complete the collection by adding functional but high impact items.
Hand-made embroideries range from geometries to floral designs giving the plain colours a sought-after character also thanks to the black & white colour-block. The gathering dresses in pinstriped jersey and the maxi jackets covered in blue-silver sequins confer brilliance to this world of clean and refined aesthetics.
