The Blackheads are small, black bumps on the surface of your skin that occur when your hair follicles get clogged. In my professional career not to insult my clients, when they have pimples and heavy dirty face, I call them “Sandy” by the hurricane occurred few years ago.
Appears black due dirt and oxidization, which happens when your clogged pores are exposed to air in small areas of the skin.
It is very important to Exfoliate your face or nose some ears. You don’t have to be professional skin care specialist to know the movements, but in my opinion light circle movements of exfoliation are very important because it removes dead skin cells, which prevents these cells from clogging up your pores and creating blackheads. It also revives circulation on your skin and gives you a healthy glow, and you applying from the nose area at first and moving towards the face or forehead, when is needed.
The fast way to exfoliating in your house is by using Baking Soda, Yes!
Mix two teaspoons of baking soda in a bowl with mineral water to make a paste. Apply the paste on your nose, and massage it gently so you don’t harm the skin, or allow the paste to dry for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water always downwards rinsing. Repeat this remedy once or twice a week.
Baking soda will help to dry up the blackheads and make your skin appear brighter and cleaner.
You can also add apple cider vinegar to the baking soda paste or Lemon to even up the skin from sun damage, aka we know apple cider vinegar is a nature astringent and antibacterial same aka the lemon.
Don’t forget to apply moisturizer depends on your skin type afterwards.
