Lawsuit for America’s Next Top Model

Former America’s Next Top Model contestant Angelea Preston filed a lawsuit against the show last September.

From the first run of the TV reality show, she described to the sources, “I have days when I still cry about it,” she says, “because I lay in my bed and I wonder what my life would have been like if they had just let it be?” Angelea Preston says things started to go South right before she taped the finale of the All-Star season in 2011. According to a lawsuit she’s filing … Preston told producers, confidentially, prior to filming the season she had been an escort for about a year and that spread like wildfire to the rest of the cast and crew.

After the finale was taped and Preston had won the grand prize she says a casting director called and grilled her about the whole escort business. In the suit, Preston says she admitted it, but insists she was a legal escort and not a prostitute. Despite this, Preston was told she had violated her contract and could not be the winner.

This meant she lost out on the win in Top Model‘s All Star cycle, even after she’d technically already been awarded the title. She’s seeking $3 million in damages, bottom line, she said models starving for food and apart 10-hours eating, she got a point.

In these day’s Kim Kardashian sell her sex type and became celebrity, while Preston was legally escort, but that was her job, so according to producers, if she was legally escort, she can’t be a winner, but what that makes her loosing, she win the crown of been pretty, not been judged of her job. What you think?
