Lionel Eugene Hollins is an American retired professional basketball player and an National Basketball Association coach for the Brooklyn Nets. During his ten-year NBA career playing as a point guard he played for five teams, averaging 11.6 points and 4.5 assists per game.
The new coach Hollins for Nets, following the first practice on Saturday, he made totally changings over Jason Kidd, and his scheme. He mentioned didn’t want to watch video what Kidd did the past, but he revamping in the training camp.
Hollins trying to develop a foundation of what we’re going to be defensively, and what they are trying to be offensively ready for this season.
The fourth starters Hollins choose them on Saturday were : Lopez, Kevin Garnett, Joe Johnson and Deron Williams. Andrei Kirilenko practiced with the starters, but he has the back pain as we found out he will be off this and next week. Lionel Hollins will be taking a stronger approach to practice.
