Macedonian Food Festival in New Jersey
New Jersey — Macedonian Food Festival gathered this year after long year recovering from Covid-19 pandemics.
New Jersey is famous becouse of the Mediterranean Food as specially Macedonian famous food festival has launched first on the Sv.Nikola, Totowa, NJ September 10th till 12th, during the summer’s holiday Saint John the Baptist, and right after one week later organized another spectacular event by Saint Kiril and Metodij’s Macedonian Orthodox church at Cedar Grove NJ.
Their event started September 18th by 19th from 12 pm till 10 pm on Saturday and as for Sunday till 9 pm.
Macedonians in North Jersey occupying the newly renovated Sv.Kiril i Metodij lunch complex including Painting the icons inside at the church.
The festival takes place with 30 vendors representing NJ Macedonia’s eateries, majority food were prepared earlier one week and Skara the BBQ ready made just to be grilled.
Seating was for up to 100 people available, but despite seats were available constantly when free space opened.

Kebabs, Skara, Burek, Palachinki, Testenini, Ajvar, polneti Piperki, kompirchinja, sweet’s: Baklava, Tulumbi, i razni torti…
Life Music was Chache band with Ismajko the best Saxophonist entirely Balkan arrived on Saturday, during Sunday’s they had second amateur group best known around neighborhood.
Guest were all over Jersey including Americans citizens who loved Macedonian Food.
