Mike Trout is the MVP of the 2015 All-Star Game

The 86th All-Star Game, started the game with a home run to set the tone for the AL before it took a 6-3 victory over the National League on Tuesday night. Third straight All-Star win for the AL’s, which will have home field advantage once again in the World Series.  The N.L over the American League in All-Star Games continued to be disappearing. The NL leads the all-time series, 43-41-2, and AL is 21-5-1 over the last 27 All-Star Games.

According to Statcast™ sources, tracks trout racing Mike Trout racing home on Prince Fielder’s single in the 5th inning. He races for the home run, reached a top speed of 21.3 mph in beating out force-out after Royals shortstop Escobar led off with a single.

From the Angels teammate Pujols followed him, Mike Trout scored the go-ahead run on a single by Fielder, topping out at 20.4 mph as he raced home from second base to beat a throw from Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson that was clocked at 92.5 mph.

Trout led the game with a solo home run finish of 1-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored. He becoming the first player to win the award in consecutive seasons for second straight year.
