The “Anaconda” rapper opened the show with “Trini Dem Girls” in a wildlife-themed performance equipped with a slew of dancers in extravagant headdresses.
It was shocking moment when the Minaj announced as a special guest on stage Taylor Swift. It was big publicity apology that Swift “missed the point” of Minaj’s original complaints. Minaj quickly accepted her apology, saying that “everyone makes mistakes.”
And the fans went wild as the two artists made peace on stage – even sharing a sweet hug at the end of their mini performance.
During a recent appearance on Good Morning America, Minaj revealed that she had spoken to Swift on the phone and said that they are “all good.” She also said that she would be open to collaborating with Swift in the future.
