Monday night games are postponed due NYC blizzard
According to the Yahoo Sports “Adrian Wojnarowski” reported cancellation of the game’s tonight via twitter “NBA has postponed the Portland-Brooklyn game tonight, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. New date not yet scheduled”.
In New York City, officials warned that the storm could be one of the most powerful blizzards ever recorded. Locations going to be effected New Haven, Middlesex, New London and Southern Fairfield counties in Connecticut. Hudson, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex and Eastern Union counties in New Jersey. Southern Westchester, New York (Manhattan), Bronx, Richmond (Staten Island), Kings (Brooklyn), Suffolk, Queens and Nassau counties in New York.
This is the right thing to do. Most people would stay home anyway and the fans trying to get to the arena just put themselves in danger, it’s not worth it.
