NYPD asking for the public’s assistance
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 0800 hours aboard a northbound M Train en route to the Steinway Street Station, the victim, a 14-year-old female, was seated when the unidentified male seated beside her touched her thigh and buttocks over her clothing. Upon arrival at Steinway Street, the victim and the unidentified male detrained and proceeded topside. The unidentified male followed the victim and attempted to engage her in dialogue. The victim fled for safety and the unidentified male fled on foot. The victim was not injured.
