Real Estate high-end house of Mendam
|The NJ Real Estate in the high end devision by the Gov. Chris Christie’s neighborhood of Mendam Township, price grow up so far $1 million goes in one of the most affluent communities in the state.
According to U.S. Census Bureau figures, it is the best rating top-10 in New Jersey.
On the Main Street, around 2.5 miles from the governor’s, that house has been sold in 1994 for just $280,000, but now estimated is going for $1.05 million, not bad ha!.
But that is not only to buy house, imagine to keep paying, though. During 2015, the property tax on the home was more than $17,000, at an assessment of about $844,000.
Those are just well-off homes with estimation of $1 ending up, even nicer company in an high–end neighboring at the Mendham Borough is going for nearly $10 million right now.
