Real Madrid training in Chicago to face FC Barcelona
Chicago — Real Madrid have completed another session at the University of Illinois at Chicago, includes the additions of Vini Jr. Militão and Rodrygo began preparing for the next friendly of the DirectTV Soccer Champions Tour in USA in which they will face Barcelona at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey (Saturday, August 3, 7:00 p.m. local time; Sunday, August 4, 1:00 a.m. Spanish time).
The session began with the players doing some work in the gym. They then carried out various exercises involving movement, possession and pressure on the pitch. The training session ended with a series of matches on smaller pitches. The players who played the 90 minutes yesterday did some recovery work inside the facilities.
Vini Jr. and Militão have joined Real Madrid ‘s training camp for the DirecTV Soccer Champions Tour. The two Brazilian players joined the rest of the squad at the team hotel in Chicago. After their arrival, they greeted their teammates and the coaching staff.
