Robert Herjavec and ‘DWTS’ pro Kym Johnson expecting first child
Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec is getting in the business of baby once again with his wife Kym Johnson Herjavec, a “Dancing With the Stars” pro, announced they’re expecting their first child together on Instagram Monday.
“It’s a thumbs up,” she wrote alongside a photo of her sonogram, which featured her unborn child gesturing what looks like a thumbs up.
The parents-to-be met on the set of “Dancing With the Stars” in 2015 after they were paired up during Season 20.
Though they didn’t nab the disco ball trophy, Johnson, 41, scored some better bling when Herjavec, 55, popped the question in February 2016. They tied the knot that July in Los Angeles.
“It feels like we’ve known each other forever. It’s been almost three years since we met. He’s just amazing. We’re best friends, and it’s just easy,” she told People this summer.
They have met on “Dancing With the Stars” in 2015. This will be the first child for the Australian dancer and the fourth for Herjavec, who has two daughters and a son with ex-wife Diane Plese.
The businessman and television personality is currently embroiled in legal drama with an ex-girlfriend who claims he repeatedly raped her.
Last month, Danielle Vasinova, who dated Herjavec for two years in 2013, reportedly sued him for sexual battery, domestic violence and infliction of emotional distress.
Just hours before Vasinova’s suit, Herjavec filed a lawsuit of his own against her alleging she was trying to extort him for millions with “false and malicious” accusations of sexual assault.
