Russian Invasion in Ukraine, protest in NYC

NEW YORK (February 24, 2022) — Hundreds of Ukranians (legal or illegal citizens) in USA who gathered in Russian Consulate Thursday afternoon chanted “Stand with Ukraine” and “Stop Putin Now.”

“Stand with Ukraine,” the protesters chanted as they marched up Broadway. “Stop Putin now.”

The protesters marches to the Russian Permanent Mission to the United Nations at Lexington Avenue and 67th Street by 1 p.m. and the Russian consulate at 92nd Street and Fifth Avenue by 2 p.m. 02.24.2022. Credit balkanpress 

Aggressive toward NYPD for not letting them in front of Russian consulate. Few individual taking photos of the Badges of the Cop’s referring to Report the Sargent. Attack on the principles of democracy around the world, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said in a speech reiterating his country’s commitment to sanctioning Moscow.

Canada and USA is arranging safe passage for its citizens and permanent residents in Ukraine at the land borders with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova, Trudeau said on Thursday, adding that his government is also prioritizing immigration applications for Ukrainians.
