Snooki – who gave birth to her second child, son Giovanna Marie LaValle, 11 months ago – also divulged details of her diet and exercise plan.
Five years ago, from the filming the reality TV Show, Snooki looked totally different by now. She reviles of weight lifting, a lot of plyometric, like burpees and stuff like that,’ she added.
To ensure she stays firmly on the healthy eating wagon, she has her meals which mostly comprise meat and vegetables or salad delivered to her by her personal trainer. She cares how she looks for her self and her body.
