Zang Toi breathtaking “Splendor of Santorini”
|The fashion show by famous Malaysian designer of all times Zang Toi, showed on Friday Sept.11th 2015 at the Dock of New York Fashion Week.
His designs were breathtaking, lots of elegance and glamour, and it was crowed of the A-lists supporters including Miss Universe Paulina Vega, Patti LaBelle and many seasoned fashion professionals.
Toi’s, went in Greece early on April this year, he got inspired from the ocean and beautiful sea. His Spring 2016 collection, the “Splendor of Santorini,” nailed, comprised a color scheme of bleach white, green, black, and navy and turquoise blue. During the night, backstage sponsor of the night was UBATI Cosmetics, Spanish creator made collaboration with Toi, to join with makeup and Ubati made color for the outfits of the Toi’s collection.
Ahmm! I can’t stop saying that, It was breathtaking, in my opinion, but many others. This season he pull out with best models, who choose some old, some new models, Toi’s made huge impact with the casual white pantsuits, and short matching skirts paired with basic tops served as a bland introduction, made only interesting by accompanying large hats. This merely served to whet the crowd’s appetite in the eveningwear, with huge white floppy hats.
Toi should just stick with designing and keepnimpressing his audience, in my opinion were extraordinary with two outfits in particular notable. The woven silk column gown with a train bordered with blue hand-beaded sequins and crystals, and a glass beaded halter with a blue pleated tulle gown. A floppy hat designed by Eric Javits served as a pleasing accessory to a cotton blazer and trousers. Paired with a crystal necklace, this outfit opened the Zang Toi.
