The Fugees – Lauryn Hill

Do you remember the 90’s music fans and lovely Lauryn Hill as a part of The Fugees.

The Fugees was an American hip hop group who rose to fame in the mid-1990s. Their repertoire included elements of hip hop, soul and Caribbean music, particularly reggae. The members of the group were rapper/singer/producer Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill, and rapper Pras Michel.

The song reached the best Grammy-winning success and contains their hit single “Killing Me Softly” was heard world-wide, during 1997.

When all separated, they went completely down when she went solo and released the hugely successful album “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” After that, though, Hill disappeared from the public eye and only popped up sporadically with a few singles or performances. Hill cited her dissatisfaction with fame and the music industry as her reasons for the public exile.
